      Pros

      I recently joined TrueNet Communications. I liked the fact that the company is growing: size-wise and culturally. Everyone has been very welcoming and I have been able to apply my experience and skill-set right from the start. There is a lot of work to be done as we continue to grow, but people do care and want this to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      We will probably experience some additional growing pains - which is always tough. But I really believe that if people stay the course, it will be well worth it!

      TrueNet Communications has come a long way since the acquisition by Fujitsu. They keep rolling out new programs, lower benefit costs for employees, opportunities to advance, internal mobility and enhanced communications.
