      Pros

      I have been working for TrueNet for almost two years, and can honestly say I enjoy working for such a great company. Working for a company that is growing at a unprecedented rate is exciting and brings about a sense of accomplishment in my work . I have the greatest respect for all who work for TrueNet and can't wait to see where TrueNet is in the next few years. Extremely excited to be here!!

      Cons

      In the time I have worked here at TrueNet, I can't think of a con that would want me to up and quit.

      Pros

      Growing company now with the backing of Fujitsu, allows for growth successfully. A lot of long time employees with the company which indicates a good working environment. Work from home, or remote, option is available to some. Employer knows that the employees are the key to success.

      Cons

      Medical benefits are somewhat high in employee cost. However, employer works to keep the rates as low as possible - recently absorbing an increase in rate rather than passing along to employee.
