Pros
Since joining TrueNet about 4 years ago, when it was acquired by Fujitsu, TrueNet keeps getting better and better. They actually have processes in place now to run the business like it should be run and have programs to communicate with employees across the country. Also, there has been a huge improvement over the past 2 to 3 years in IT, HR, Finance, etc. HR really cares about employees and takes the time to meet with all Manager s and employees when they can. I see and talk to them almost every single day so I don't know what the last person was talking about. IT has totally upgraded systems and processes and answers tickets in record time. The Finance and Billing team is finally where it needs to be now that the CFO is new and other poor managers are gone. I disagree with many of the negative of the poor reviews and wish the people who are unhappy and complain behind a keyboard would go get a new job and stop bringing everyone down with negativity.
Cons
Sometimes business is slow which makes it stressful on everyone. Keep up the open communication so everyone know what's going on.
