      Pros

      All of the people that I've worked with want to help make the operation more successful and look out of each other. The potential for career growth is available for all. I like the positive environment and the management team is good with their communications.

      Cons

      I've been here for almost a year, and don't have any cons so far.

      Pros

      Although my job has been very challenging at times, support from management has made the difference. Recent changes has improved communications between myself and my manager. Work-Life Balance is understood by management

      Pros

      I recently joined TrueNet Communications. I liked the fact that the company is growing: size-wise and culturally. Everyone has been very welcoming and I have been able to apply my experience and skill-set right from the start. There is a lot of work to be done as we continue to grow, but people do care and want this to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      We will probably experience some additional growing pains - which is always tough. But I really believe that if people stay the course, it will be well worth it!
