TrueNet Management understands the demands of life outside of the office and respects our time outside of work. I have never worked somewhere that will offer so many solutions to employees to make sure their personal matters are always handled and that we don't make unnecessary sacrifices. Remote work, flex hours, etc. are all options for employees that are meeting their required workloads.
Improvements are being made as needed in all aspects of the organization to improve quality of life for all employees. The executive team is constantly asking for feedback from all associates and looking at ways to better the benefits and working environment.
Cons
Because this is a service related business, and TrueNet does live at the mercy of their clients sometimes decisions are made that are not in the control of TrueNet management.
All companies have issues, but this employer truly focuses on making sure opportunities are available for individuals to establish a long term employment status. They have successfully grown over the past 20 years and continue to grow. They are very understanding and flexible regarding scheduling. This company has very skilled resources and continually tries to develop their workforce to remain competitive. Not a bad work atmosphere and communication at all levels is easy to accomplish.
Cons
There are some processes and tools that need to be addressed as they either do not exist or are not sufficient to support the activity and size of the company.
