Co workers were pleasant to work with.

Cons

Laid-off 15 percent of employees with no notice. Sent an email no face to face. No organization within the company. Do your research before applying. No job security.

Management needs work, but the people are nice.

Pros

1. Nice people to work with. (good peers) 2. Full remote for most.

Cons

Multiple downsides: 1. Major politics at play 2. Too much work even before layoffs (long hours 10+) 3. No performance incentives 4. No career growth opportunities 5. You would be surprised if you looked at layoff demographics. Many folks around me felt discriminated against, including myself.
