Unlimited PTO and cheap health benefits (not free)

Cons

Company keeps firing their employees. Leadership says the company is doing well, but they did their 4th round of layoffs. This tells you a lot about company culture and transparency. A lot of employees quit due to being burnt out or over worked. No appreciate for employees and lack of culture.

- Remote work - Team members are smart, most with quality backgrounds (though majority have been let go) - Pays well (if they don't fire you)

Cons

- No job security - CEO has no strategic clarity or vision for the company - No budget for offsites or getting to know team members in person

Unfortunately there are no pros. The pros sold to new employees over the last year were all false. The top leader in the company has failed on all levels.

Cons

Culture, discrimination, financial discipline, no 401k match, lack of leadership, direction and vision.
