      Avoid. Terrible leadership and no communication

      Worked with some great colleagues Remote working Worked on a few good projects

      Cons

      Changing business priorities literally every 2 weeks Zero communication from above and a distinct lack of leadership skills. Senior management didn't seem to know where to take the business form one day to the next Expected to work ridiculous hours In terms of products, there's no structure at all. Shipping things left right and centre for the sake of it. Only person who knew what he was doing was made redundant

      Beware of Middle Management

      Pros

      Time off and benefits are extraordinary and almost everyone is delightful to work with!

      Cons

      The company grew very quickly without much operational structure. However, that is a positive challenge as their potential is off the chart. Unfortunately, the problem that makes this place not worth working for is a group of folks in middle management. These folks have gone unchecked and created a highly toxic environment that is having an extremely adverse effect on the staff. Moreover, the toxic politics have caused the issues they are having today.
