      Co workers were pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Laid-off 15 percent of employees with no notice. Sent an email no face to face. No organization within the company. Do your research before applying. No job security.

      - Incredible opportunity to drive value across the organization; almost complete autonomy to make decisions & influence across the area within your scope - Great pay, 100% remote, unlimited PTO, flexibility, stock options - Timely & appropriate performance recognition; high-performers are typically rewarded through promotions and/or pay increases within 6 months - 1 year

      Cons

      - Benefits: insurance benefits aren’t as competitive as Fortune 500 companies but still very comparable; no 401k match or pension

      Awesome colleagues and meaningful projects

      I had great colleagues. They were smart, thoughtful, and friendly. Managers were invested in your growth. Great sense of work-life balance. The product is interesting and meaningful.

      Cons

      Major downsizing. Layoffs affected 15% of the company.
