Amazing colleagues. Smart yet down to earth culture. Opportunities to learn and grow in your career. Excellent work life balance with unlimited PTO. Great healthcare benefits. 100% remote workforce.

Cons

Executive grew the company too quickly and didn't have a clear path to profitability or where the company was going.

I really enjoy working at Truepill, I love my coworkers and feel like my managers really want me to succeed. They are constantly encouraging you and try to help develop you professionally. I feel we are really trying to make changes to candidate experience and uphold more cultural approaches at Truepill. Very flexible and love my job.

Cons

Sometimes there is a lack of communication, specifically from HR, and I wish there was a more defined process for them.

Remote working Most staff are friendly

Cons

Hired at a pace that they could not keep up with which resulted in a lot of layoffs. Got given a big speech about how they'll 'support' people affected, no offer of support has been received so far. The culture is awful, bitchy and there is a complete lack of communication. Promote an 'open' forum but it is never provided.
