DO NOT WORK HERE. Everything their page says that they value as a company is a complete lie. This place needs to look at their organizational chart of management, execs, and supervisors, and drain the swamp. It is corrupted and broken. No one higher up is held accountable for the mess they subject us to. Management is rude, does not listen to feedback, plays favorites, treats everyone else like pieces of garbage. Workflow has no logical delegation, does not consider employees skills or wants. You are not allowed to talk, unless again, you're a favorite. I'm not exaggerating. No speaking. This is not an explicit rule but mgmt will walk around and follow you. THERE IS NO OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH. THERE IS NO OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH. THERE IS NO OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH. Positive feedback DOES NOT EXIST. Even if you hit (arbitrary nonsense) metrics, you will still be criticized, so there's no motive or incentive to make an effort. Does not pay enough for how poorly we are treated, and how WE, the people "on the floor" keep this branch afloat while mgmt takes a million vacations and brag about them in front of us, not actually doing any type of job. Literally don't work here. Any negative review on this page is completely accurate and the positive ones are probably from someone high up on the food chain who makes enough money to not care about anyone else.
