Worked with great people, managers and co workers always gave their all and were open to talk to.

Cons

Lack of communication between teams sometimes. Constant changes to what was required occurred frequently leading to rushed work sometimes rather than getting more planning, documentation and automating been done resulted in more short term quickness than in the long run projects would be done quicker. Redundancies every 2 month with inconsistency on cash flow made it difficult to gage how truthful everything that was said.

- Friendly UK staff - Modern technology to work with

Cons

- Staff is extremely stretched - Projects are very ad-hoc with unclear requirements - Poor product support - Overtime including weekends - Bad company culture that the US forces on the UK - Late meetings as product is mainly US based - Direction changes quite often, sometimes polar opposite

- Good projects - Good practice in how a team can take decisions on how to approach problems

Cons

- A lot of backchannels - A lot of shifts after a sprint goal has been set - Stakeholders are not shy of reaching to a dev and asking for a "small change" - Solid delivery dates without any designs or a flow diagram
