Pros

Everyone is very friendly and eager to share knowledge and help others. We work with latest in tech and we've built a robust, reliable stack which gives us confidence in our products. Senior Engineers are very helpful and offer guidance whenever asked for it and are very involved in keeping the team happy and up to standards, latest tools and tech relevant developments.

Cons

They lack a few processes, but this is expected in a start up operating in such a volatile, new industry.

Buisness has promise and barrier to entry, interesting problems, uses latest tech and trends. Pay is pretty good for a startup.

Cons

Particular employee very unpleasant to work with. So bad it influenced multiple people to leave and others to start looking for jobs. Feels like high turnover recently of people who have been with company longest. Lots of work after hours.
