Not Worth It

Pros

Overall, my coworkers and direct supervisor were great to work with. We also had some regular customers that came in who I enjoyed interacting with. I received full benefits even though I was technically part time at 30 hours per week.

Cons

The work load given to this position was unreasonable considering you're essentially a glorified teller. Upper management was completely out of touch. They regularly made decisions that made no sense given our area and primary demographic.

Pros

Pretty easy calls for the most part

Cons

They make the job harder than it has to be. Expect perfection but don't pay well. The building is awful and they don't offer any morale lifting activities
