Cons

Salaries could be higher in comparison to the larger banks in the area Provide more forums and opportunities for mentor-ship/career advancement Does not always give ample notice of changes coming into effect

Pros

There are some very good people in trenches with you.

Cons

Managers are totally unfamiliar with what is needed to get the job done. Preen around and micro-manage….and cause chaos and drama. They really do not know a lot. Is quite a shame as it could be great company, but everyone pulling in different directions. Sales oriented to a fault.
