Pros

Great benefits (medical, vision, dental, 401K @ PTO)

Cons

Micromanagement, Staffing issues, Does not care about teammates, not open to feedback, Senior management bullying, Since becoming Truist Bank following the merger of BB&T and SunTrust, the climate has changed a lot. As a former BB&T employee, I find that BB&T cared more for not only the clients, but the teammates, also. Truist is only concerned with what they can "SELL" the client. The culture has shifted to a heavily driven sales culture and although they tell you that you are not "selling" anything, you really are. Everything is focused on sales goals/opportunities. This company has become very stressful.
