Pros

Steady. Direct management excellent. Above that, it’s like Looney Tunes on Prozac. IMO

Cons

Production is controlled to a point that it inhibits production.

Pros

They offer amazing benefits and competitive pay. They also allow you to purchase additional vacation.

Cons

Horrible management, inconsistent scheduling, difficult to receive a pay raise, even with great yearly reviews, poor training, often scheduled to work 7am-6:15pm with one 30 minute lunch break and no other breaks, huge turnover, lack of communication from management, negative work environment and constantly understaffed resulting in existing pt employees working full time hours but only receiving part time hours.

Terrible Experience

Pros

My team mates were great people

Cons

Agile was not being practiced there; as a result I was a glorified secretary. Sexual harassment was reported by more than one female employee. Negative environment, highly toxic.
