Pros

Work/life balance; good amount of sick leave

Cons

Literally everything else. In my 5 years at Truist I had 6 different managers. Since the merger, they’re constantly restructuring and doing layoffs. When I joined Truist I had been in the industry 10 years and they offered me only 2 weeks of PTO; I had to negotiate for a 3rd. Pay and bonus structure are both awful. 1% annual pay increases. Old tech. Return to office is 4 or 5 days a week now. Just look elsewhere.
