Pros

None it’s all bad. They try to brag about pay as if that’s great

Cons

Cut 401k, cut employee stock discount, short staffed, horrible tech, massive data leak, crippling performance expectations, an incentive plan that works against you instead of for you, the change to worse insurance… leaders who do not care

Pros

None so far since joining the internal audit department.

Cons

Complete disorganization, lack of training, extreme hours, poor communication, bullying by the deputy cae and her staff, extremely high turnover. So much for a company that has values of happiness, caring and one team. Thats laughable from what I’ve seen. Nobody cares at all.
