Pros

Truist wants to foster career growth.

Cons

While the company says it wants employees to feel engaged and have opportunities, it's still trying to work through the many challenges resulting from the merger of two banks with very different operating styles. The source of a lot of the new leadership is Wells Fargo, and those people bring further belief and operational challenges that continue to slow the pace of streamlining processes.
