Pros

There are no pros here at all.

Cons

No promotions, no career development or advancement, awful raises, bonuses dropped by 40%, terrible mid and upper level management, need I go on? Definitely the worst company I've worked for in my 25 year career by far.

Great first job, but not for the long hall.

Pros

While my time in the company has provided me with valuable exposure to corporate America, fostering the acquisition of new skills and financial experience, certain aspects warrant consideration. On a positive note, this experience has significantly contributed to my professional growth. It has allowed me to develop professionally, engage with diverse individuals in various capacities, and cultivate a deeper understanding and patience.

Cons

Regrettably, there appears to be a challenge in the work environment, with a notable perception among employees of replaceability and a predominant focus on meeting numerical targets. Additionally, a discernible issue of favoritism occurs within the corporate structure.
