Pros

Great benefits and time off.

Cons

You ever see the meme with the employees pushing the cart while the leader is whipping them? That’s Truist summed up! Upper management has the most unrealistic expectations for their branch employees. They want two people to do the job of seven and start corrective action when it’s not done.
