Pros

It's a place to work. Benefits are still good although they are slowly degrading them over time.

Cons

Managers never leave or advance, so there is little to no growth in the Sourcing organization. The managers are mediocre so if you're experienced, you won't learn any new skills. The revised RTO is worse than ever - 5 days in the office. Pre-COVID, folks could work up to 2 days a week from home.
