Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow and learn about the company. Position wears a lot of hats which offers the opportunity to learn the ins and outs and to work with cross-functional departments.

Cons

There's zero work-life balance. You're in meetings all day therefore your work gets done after hours when you're supposed to be spending time with your family. There's rarely any downtime...going full speed 12 months out the year so easily get burnt out.

Pros

- If you get in with a good team there can be potential to make a lot of money. - good flexibility dependent on your team

Cons

- reinstating 5 days in the office - a lot of constant business process updates but I’m unsure if the updates make anyone’s life easier
