What a joke

Pros

Benefits, 401k, PTO, expense account

Cons

Many! This place is just like Wells Fargo, they only care about pushing products and not for the benefit of the client. Upper management, especially the area president and the regional president is so far removed from the daily operations that they have no clue what is going on. I worked there for over 3 years and saw my leader 3 times in my branch. No coaching, developing or leadership at all. I went on a call with the regional leader and he was dipping and it was all over the side of his face. What a joke!

Pros

Salary is decent, health benefits

Cons

Management could care less about the employees. We are not agents to this company or even treated as people, all they care about are the numbers they can report to corporate. Constant turnover due to this, no agents are held accountable for mistakes, meaning other agents have to solve problems caused by other different agents when they arise. Have never felt less respected by an employer
