Pros

None since the merge to Truist

Cons

Low pay and ridiculous expectations. The banks are understaffed to the point of working 1 or 2 people per branch and closing others (even though 1 person working violates branch policy). You are always expected to work over your hours but they don't want to give raises. Branches are so busy most days you can't get a lunch break or even go to the restroom. Upper management will do anything to keep branches open including slaving employees for months of overtime with no breaks. In my 3 years we have been constantly understaffed and eveytime we hire people they quit after a few weeks or months due to exhaustion. You are still expected to make perfect survey scores and meet goals. DO NOT WORK HERE.
