Pros

Truist is an okay bank to work for. Having worked at another bank before, I can say Truist has some things better and others worse. The benefits are definitely a strong point and are above average.

Cons

However, the culture leaves a lot to be desired. There’s very little sense of community, and if you work in a branch, it can often feel toxic and depressing. There’s a lot of pressure placed on employees, which can make the work environment challenging and stressful.

Pros

The coworkers and the coworkers

Cons

Digital is ran by women - No SOP's or KT anywhere (expected to fail and then climb out on your own) - No branch but retail branch mentality (cult like) - Tech hates Product team - Product Managers chosen at random - No boundaries - No funding (no traveling, no team outings etc.) - Lower than average pay - Ambiguous responsibilities - Outrageous expectations - Bipolar GPM's (steer clear of CR).
