Pros

I am sure there are some, just never saw them.

Cons

Truist is ripe with age discrimination, they claim DEI but if you over the of 40 they will not interview you much less hire you. You are screened out with the video interview. I have applied several times for positions that I am qualified for, I met every qualification they ask for except I am over 55+. No interview/no job offers. I will wager you that every position I had applied went a someone 20 years my junior. Nothing but age discrimination.

Pros

Good benefits, access to teammate banking products, generous sick and vacation time

Cons

Paid twice monthly, training is all virtual and in my case I got thrown in before I even had training, outdated branches and technology, pay is slightly lower than the national average, teammates who work Saturdays only get 1 day off that week
