Management is private, seems to be away traveling a lot. Changes mind about company direction and marching orders(first you're a prosthetic foot rep, then you sell breast prosthetics the next day).
Company culture seems to be controlled by current wife of owner, who used to be a sales rep . Management changes mind a lot (i.e. hiring me and 5-6 others, not training any of us or providing reliable sales numbers, then laying everyone new off with no warning at less than a year). Culture is a like middle school cliquey(and I liked middle school!). Fuzzy direction can be given via text message at times(no other company I have worked for has done this).
