Pros

A lot of great people work here. The shop is clean and well organized.

Cons

The wages are low and the benefits are poor. The employer doesn't appreciate what skilled labor is. The management is unprofessional and will harass and insult you arbitrarily. If you put in extra effort and get a job to run really well they'll only cut you down for it.

Constant changes in incentive plans. Highest earners on incentive plan making pennies Will find ways to not pay on incentives that you've earned. Territory boundaries constantly changing No longer competitive Customers continue to leave due to price increases Very low pay for the industry Employees undervalued Expectation to find and make up for huge losses in business due to increased pricing
