Pros

benefits, co-workers , hours, environment, willing to hear your ideas, location is excellent, opportunity to learn something new all the time.

Cons

still new and growing, but adding benefits all the time! Would be good if they would offer free meals to employees. Discount on food is nice, but still pricy.

Good wine discounts, pretty place to work.

Cons

Customers are overly political and abrasive, more than usual for customer service. Upper management is not supportive or pleasant to work with. Hours are unpredictable and the scheduling is a nightmare. In general, the work environment was very toxic creating extremely high turnover.

powering through covid with new ideas and protocols

Pros

I feel fortunate that throughout covid, they worked hard to constantly change to keep the business open and running as normally as possible. I never missed work, didn't take a pay cut, and in fact got a raise. It was great to keep one part my life so steady and on track.

Cons

Working through changing covid restrictions wasn't easy. It wasn't the company's fault though. Just following at the state mandates.
