      -Advancement opportunities are decided on essentially a popularity contest -New positions are created for the favorites who don't fit elsewhere -Hardworking employees get the shaft -Minimal support from middle management -Upper management talks big about how much they care but does a poor job showing it -Call center is a revolving door -Abysmal pay for Seattle in 2017 -CEO doesn't believe in cost of living adjustments to pay
