      We can't afford to live!

      Pros

      Dogs in the office 24/7, friendly communicate, casual culture, inclusive environment for all types of people, passionate employees with similar values, great medical benefits

      Cons

      Not even close to enough pay to live on, glass ceilings for most jobs in terms of raises and promotions, huge discrepancy between upper management and lower employees in terms of pay and attitude for what is "livable"

      Pros

      Solid helpful training program, supportive teams, intentionally maintained and curated company culture, knowledgeable/helpful/actually-decent-people in HR, excellent healthcare/dental/vision coverage, free on-site daycare for kids of full time employees, free (decent) coffee, clearly set performance standards and goals posted for all positions. Want to know how to get a raise? That's published information. Want to know what positions are open? That's published information. Want to know how you are performing? They will give you clear consistent feedback. Think something can be improved? They want to know too and want it to get better.

      Cons

      Not many, to be honest. I will say that If you don't like desk work or have a fear of computers, this is really not the job for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is not trust worthy, communicate poorly, and have their favorites. No career development!! People who claim they are "here to help" with career development are some of the most unapproachable people in the company. It feels like if you aren't friendly with the right people or push the wrong buttons, you are not going anywhere. And good luck getting paid more! Lets just say, I was sold on something totally different when I interviewed.
