      Pros

      It's can feel a lot like a family atmosphere and it's easy to make close-knit connections.

      Cons

      Like lots of families, when you speak up about the things that can be improved or the things that cause harm, you may be ignored, gaslit, or removed because you are "no longer necessary".

      Support from team managers, fantastic benefits, truly want to help the clients

      Cons

      If you push against bad policies, they can be retaliatory. Culture used to be we are all one team and the culture was supported. Now the company culture and DNA is talked about a lot, but actions don't support the words.
