      - Wonderful people - Great benefits - Good work-life balance - Great mission

      Cons

      - Low compensation due to your salary being calculated based on nationwide averages. If you live in an expensive city, be wary. - No performance reviews makes it difficult to get a raise. - Constant org changes & shifting people around makes it difficult to be a unified team & move forward. - Senior leadership needs work; lack of trust for the team members, constantly shifting direction under the guise of "nimbleness." - Very siloed, not the most collaborative environment.
