They don’t listen to their employees and they hire managers that are inept. The managers are hiring people that are not a right fit for the position. Training has been cut short and the current new hires are passed through and not able to do the job successfully and confidently. That sets them up to feel overwhelmed. The people they hire don’t have critical thinking skills. This weakness puts a strain on the rest of the team. When acknowledged, the feedback is always dismissed. For years!
