      They only offer bonuses, no raises.

      There is a good work life balance and they're very diverse.

      Cons

      Spouse benefits are very expensive and they do no offer raises which is ridiculous. Only being able to make more money through bonuses is actually very difficult if you have a production based job in this company and puts unnecessary stress on the employees in an already semi stressful work environment.

      The company cares about corporate and social responsibility. They are open to accepting feedback on all levels and are transparent about progress toward goals and improvements.

      Cons

      Managers sometimes expect too much from their employees, but are generally receptive when the employee communicates with them about concerns.
