      Best employer I ever worked for!

      Pros

      I have a perfect work-life balance. This was the main reason why I left my last 2 employers...I used to work crazy hours. Not anymore!! and this has significantly increased my well-being in general! I also feel appreciated. Base salary could be a bit better, but with all the perks (benefits paid, 1 pet insured for free, 5 weeks sabbatical paid every 5 years, RSUs, performance bonuses etc.), it's actually a very competitive compensation package. I'm very pleased with my current job!

      Cons

      The only con I have so far is the bi-monthly paychecks. It really makes a difference to be paid twice per month compared to every 2 weeks. It would be great if this could change eventually, but it's not a deal-breaker

      Employee Focussed Company

      Pros

      Positive, relaxed, pet-friendly culture where you can bring your pet to work. Empathetic management and room to move between departments. Offers stock, front loaded PTO, great benefits, and mandatory sabbatical after 5 years. Quality product.

      Cons

      Not very diverse. Complicated relationship with independent contractors who rep the product.
