      Not bad, but tough to rise through the ranks

      Pros

      Good resources and technology. Plenty of opportunity to earn a good living in a decent office culture

      Cons

      Heavy nepotism, ineffective managers. Some people who were promoted have no business in their positions.

      Pros

      Good company culture, very relaxed office environment. Always open to new ideas and willing to re-invest time/money internally. Management is hands-on and involved in the team. There's a lot of room for development and fun if you take your responsibilities seriously.

      Cons

      Communication between departments is sometimes confusing. Availability of parking can be an issue.
