Management does not set team up for success. Very disengaged with reality, the poor processes make it difficult to build your desk. Expectations do not align with the business model. Not a team environment.

Somewhat lenient on c/o and PTO usage. It was fully remote.

Cons

Horrible management. The business is undergoing a complete redo and was desperate to find current in-house employed individuals to hire who were not fit for the role as managers rather than hire outside the company. It was sloppy. A lot of narcissism, misdirection, unprofessionalism and sudden major layoffs without warning. The communication was absolutely horrendous. Unclear directions, kept in the dark, and apparently hire-ups “didn’t know anything so we had to wait and see.” The company made breaking record profits in 2022 and became greedy which is a huge part of why they did major layoffs, and replaced in state employees with oversea employees. Maybe the company will find its feet in a few years, but I strongly suggest avoiding this place.
