Great place to start since they're so desperate and low staff they will move anyone up if you meet minimum requirements

Cons

Will probably be switching managers a lot and don't expect them to be on your side for about any issues you may have with another employee. Low pay.

Garbage management. No raises. Completely unfair pay. Unclear job description. They move you around from bank to bank with no warning or grace period.

Trustco Bank really tries to hire from within which really helped launch my marketing career. The managers were realistic with expectations and tried to work with their employees when something came up.
