Pros
Experience, schedule, relaxed environment if you lucky enough you can get hired in a branch were your manager is the awesome and doesn't micro managed.
Cons
Horrible pay, no room for improvement, no raises if you do it's about .10-.15 cents a year. Company does not communicate well with updates procedures or changes in policy. If you need help it's hard to find someone to help you because they dnt pick up phones and half the time people are new due to the high turn over rate in part time tellers and assistant managers so be prepare to teach yourself.
