Good Company to Work For

Pros

Trustmark is a good company to work for. Stable employment status and work environment. Decent opportunity for advancement - they do like to promote internal candidates.

Cons

Low pay compared to some other banks. Has a strong "in office" culture, so if you're looking for a flexible work schedule, it won't happen here.

Pros

You get paid every two weeks and get federal holidays off (paid as well). The hours are flexible, if part-time.

Cons

The pay is not so much good and it could be better, especially with dealing with so many customers.
