      Pros

      Currently they are making money, -because of the environment. This is not because of management expertise.

      Cons

      A 1988 dictatorial management style.

      Always moving to the next thing

      Pros

      Many people work hard to push the company to its limits There is never a dull moment, the company is always looking to do the next thing to improve the business You get back what you put in; put in the effort and you will get great opportunities

      Cons

      Very tight policy on working from home (not at all) Senior management can be too focused on sales numbers (but I've seen great improvements recently) Back office isn't always given the time to properly finish a project, so low priority items that need to happen after implementation are ignored for long periods of time

      Pros

      The pay and benefits were the only good thing about coming to work. Other than that nothing at all not even pay is worth it.

      Cons

      This company is completely and utterly horrid. I worked in the Newly acquired oak creek branch and was miserable the entire time. The management was horrible and played favorites and falsified other co workers time sheets. Some of the employees were lazy and rude and horrible at their jobs. I really hope this place closes down I know the members hated it.
