      Great place to work. Good benefits and pay and they really cared about the employees.

      Movement was hard. Trying to get promoted or moved to other positions was really hard.

      Great employees who all feel the same way so you have a lot of support. They offer good benefits as well.

      When we were firefly I would have given this a 5 star rating. Since the merger everything has been terrible! A lot of employees still don’t know exactly what they are supposed to be doing. Departments don’t have procedures planned out for their employees yet. LD1 was 6 months ago, when this should have been figured out. When you address concerns with management the response you get is regarding the fact that they are too overwhelmed themselves and will get to it. Current employees are not getting adequate training on new software like new employees now get, which is putting us behind. Most employees will tell you they feel like they are slowly be driven out by management.
