Somewhat competitive pay and nothing else

Cons

Absolutely no support from management. Company cares about sales and nothing else. Back office ends up doing tons of additional work that is not their job due to lack of accountability on the sales people

Enjoyed the staff at my branch. Decent pay for now. Health Insurance is a bit high priced

The list is to long. When reading some of the latest reviews. You can certainly tell either management or human resources are posting them so fake.
