      Good gestures to employees here and there. Overall, not worth the time of anyone with options/experience in banking.

      Pros

      There is a Christmas bonus of ~$150 along with ~$200 in pretty nice gifts. An hour lunch.

      Cons

      Behind the times with almost everything which makes a lot of work tedious, especially with technology. Close later than other establishments although they are working on it. They do not have outlined policies and often make rules up as they go which causes a lot of frustration for employees and customers. The lower your the position, the more they will mistreat you. Overall, it seems like the place you would only enjoy if you are higher up on the food chain.

      Pros

      The biggest pro, I gave notice and moved on to a place that appriciates my experience and contributions.

      Cons

      Pto that can never be used, due to staffing shortage, members that harass employees and are still allowed to bank there, incompetent managers that keep their jobs because they kiss up, phony senior management that only cares about sales and making money and the list goes on. The only reason why I stayed, was because of my staff and members. Take my advice and the advice of the negative reviews and look elsewhere.

      PTO, 401k, co-workers, used to be relaxed environment/work life balance.

      Cons

      management is very vindictive, managers ignore their employees because of personal issues, managers gang up on employees and then lie on them to cover their butts. HR covers management behavior and also turn their backs on what the employees concerns are. The list can go on...
