      Pros

      Great benefits - especially the PTO and 401k dollars, those are unmatched. Also a lot of growth opportunities so I have been able to advance my career within the organization.

      Nothing I can think of.

      Good gestures to employees here and there. Overall, not worth the time of anyone with options/experience in banking.

      Pros

      There is a Christmas bonus of ~$150 along with ~$200 in pretty nice gifts. An hour lunch.

      Cons

      Behind the times with almost everything which makes a lot of work tedious, especially with technology. Close later than other establishments although they are working on it. They do not have outlined policies and often make rules up as they go which causes a lot of frustration for employees and customers. The lower your the position, the more they will mistreat you. Overall, it seems like the place you would only enjoy if you are higher up on the food chain.
