      Pros

      I was a little nervous with the merger a couple of years back but it’s just gotten better. I hear other colleagues talking layoffs and cut backs and our company seems to talk scout growth and continued success.

      Pros

      Really great benefits package including many days of PTO, low rates on health care insurance, and strong match on 401k. Teams work to coordinate fun activities for us to participate in and give back to our communities.

      There are always a lot of projects going on at once.

      Most are extremely nice and inviting.

      Cons

      No direction on any level. Management saying horrible things about executives behind their backs and then playing best friends to their face was too juvenile for me to take. I left in 6 weeks.
