Expect it to be hard

Pros

It can be a very good entry level job for a wildlife professional, but it is very watered down talent wise from what it once was before it grew to the size it is now. Recognize that it is a corporate environment, and treat it that way. You will not have value to the corporation as an individual, that's just how it is. If you learn the system and work smart within it, it can be very rewarding, but don't expect to get rich.

Cons

Pay structure can be very confusing

Pros

Personal vehicle and gas card

Cons

Pretty much everything. Back stabbing, undercutting pay, completely unsafe and unsanitary work conditions.
